I write about the things I've learned in my profession as a Test Engineer. In our present culture companies are loath to train anybody, but demand that candidates have experience. I've been a victim of this paradox myself.

The end result of this business "strategy" of the last two decades is manifesting itself in the current shortage of human and material capital. Huge swathes of the workforce is retiring, and the tacit knowledge they accumulated over a life time is evaporating.

I don't write for profit. I use this space to crystallize my thoughts into a personal repository. If this space is ever indexed by Google, I hope the content is of value to the reader.
